Cathedral Administration
The day-to-day life of the Cathedral is stewarded by a Board of Trustees elected each year by the General Body — office bearers, ward representatives, and committee members serving the parish.
As a Syrian Orthodox Christian congregation, we unequivocally profess our faith, allegiance, and loyalty to the Holy Apostolic Throne of St Peter at Antioch — to His Holiness Moran Mor Ignatius Aphrem II, Patriarch of Antioch and All the East; to the Catholicos of the East; to the Holy Episcopal Synod of the Jacobite Syrian Church; and to the Metropolitan of the Bangalore Diocese.
The day-to-day administration of the church is managed by the Board of Trustees, elected by the General Body Meeting held every year. The Board currently has 31 members, including the office bearers, ex-officio representatives from the various forums and committees of the Cathedral, and special invitees.
Wards & Zones
For convenience and the smooth functioning of the church, the geographical area is divided into four zones and 15 wards, with one member representing each ward.
